Super Tasty Bacalao Loins

Fish was super meaty but it was cooked well so it remained firm, moist, and tender. We liked that the fish itself tasted only lightly seasoned (not salty and did not have any other strong flavors), because it let the beautiful orange sauce it laid on serve its purpose. Will definitely order this again in the future.
