i love how the chimichurri gave the dish some tangy flavor and the way the vegetables were crunchy–its really good. however, the main character of this dish is the steak and it was really really really chewy so hard to eat i did not enjoy it at all unfortunately. i expected it to be soft and easy to chew but i had hard time finishing it cos my jaw was struggling :)) steak couldve also needed a lil bit of seasoning? i hope this helps. sadly i dont want to reorder this again unless someone tells me its improved :(

1st order was quite tender, similar to local Tenderloin but had silverskin imbedded.
And 2nd order was really tough even at medium rare ... Wow!
