not quite what I was hoping for
Having had reubens at restaurants across the US I was hoping for a juicier experience. While flavorful, the corned beef was dry. The rye was great. Overall I prefer the corned beef in Wildflour's reuben and if that was paired with the rye from Pacific Eats it would make the perfect sandwich.
