Cooked fresh and delicious.

On the plus side, you get a fair bit of meat for its price but its ground up so you can't really tell if its claw meat or tail meat you are getting. That said everything else about the sandwich doesn't really work. The celery, the dressing, the pickled lemon, the hoagie bread all overwhelm the taste of the lobster which is supposed to be the focus of the sandwich and it ends up tasting like something from a Chinese restaurant. There is a reason Americans keep it simple; Potato bun, melted butter, a drizzle of lemon and mayo. Nothing there competes with the lobster. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
