Please do not use frozen peeled Shrimps found in the grocery store. With its price, you should have used fresh Shrimp from the wet market.

Tasty, very good but transport needs some tweaking.
My mom is a big fan of this particular dish and this is perhaps the third time this has been ordered. The delivery was received a little later than anticipated or requested. I would urge Pacific Bay dispatch staff to make sure the delivery riders have an insulated storage box. I went out as the rider arrived and my order was not in a box but hanging from the motorcycle's handlebars. After a 45 -minute ride like this, the food was not in the slightest warm. Nothing that a few seconds in a microwave can solve but still, this does take away from the overall enjoyment of otherwise excellent products.
