Only the breading was crunchy but the squid was as hard as leather not even chewy that it cannot be swallowed.

The rice in both paella mixta and negra was half-cooked.
The chipitones fritos was not only greasy, but munchy instead of crispy.
The jamon y queso croquetas was literally gooey.
The only saving grace was the bacalao buñuelos.
It was not like that before. That's why I ordered again for some lunch guests yesterday. Only to be disappointed.
I commend the speedy delivery; you met my expectations. But the food ... oh well maybe not again.

Still crispy when it arrived since I think their commissary is quite near me. The packaging may have also helped. Saltiness is just right. One serving can easily be shared by 2, even 3-4 if there are other food. Would be better though if there was marinara sauce that came with it.
